John meets one of the founders of the distillery, Ben Peel, who very graciously takes time out of his busy schedule to explain how they came about creating the product and how the taste they wanted to create was developed.
Ben is a wealth of knowledge having held a senior position with a major Gin brand before starting this new venture with his co-founder Emelie.
