In this episode, we taste another liqueur gin, a clementine flavoured liqueur gin from M&S (Marks and Spencers).
The bottle has a novel battery powered led light to help illuminate the gold flakes that are floating around in the bottle.
This liqueur’s seasonal taste makes it an ideal liqueur for the winter months by a roaring fire.
In the summer however, using a splash of this in a glass of prosecco would make a great summer cocktail.
