Quite often when people who think they do not like Gin try it with a different mixer they are pleased to learn it is the tonic element they do not enjoy, not, in fact, the Gin.
Jacqueline explained that the rhubarb taste goes well with ginger as with Rhubarb and Ginger pudding thus making Ginger ale an excellent mixer to compliment the overtone of Rhubarb in her Gin.
