Ricasoli Chianti Classico Reserva Rocca Guicciarda (Episode 382)

We taste and review a Ricasoli Chianti Reserva.

The colour has a slight tawny or brownish colour.

The nose smells genuinely nice indeed.

There was no obvious fruit to detect, but we detected a perfumy smell.

John M could get an essence of rubber.

On the palate, the tannins were too harsh for John L, but John M did not think they were too bad.

At £15:00 a bottle however it did not hit the mark for John L.
