Carta Roja Grand Reservada Monastrell Meat Tapas and Wine Pairing (Episode 402)

In this episode, we follow on from episode 373 and taste/pair some Spanish meat Tapas with a Carta Roja Grand Reservada wine made from the Monastrell grape produced in the south of Spain.

The review of this wine on it’s own can be found by following this link: – https://youtu.be/yH5OUpzsaoo .

We begin by pairing this wine with a Serrano Ham, followed by a Chorizo and then Chorizo Pellamino.

Certainly, the wine really enhances all of the three types of meat (Ham and Sausage) we taste this wine with and it is well worth giving this pairing a go yourselves.

Our thanks go to @Desert Wine Guy for the suggestion of producing this episode after watching episode 364.
