Barefoot Shiraz Wine Review (Episode 265)

In this episode, we taste a Shiraz from the world-renown Barefoot stable.

The colour of this Shiraz wine is a nice purple with John L immediately picking up wood on the nose while John M picks up fruits and spice.

The initial taste is very fruit-driven, but unfortunately, the length doesn’t last for long. John M could taste blackcurrant but felt the taste fell away too quickly.

So, the overall conclusion was “meh”!

However, for £6.75 one has to say this wine is reasonable value, but not as good, in our view, as we have experienced previously.
