In the 2nd part of this episode, we taste a Shiraz from Marks and Spencer – Lock Keepers Reserve 2018 produced in South Eastern Australia.
The price of this wine at the time of writing is £9.00.
The nose was much more subtle than the Shiraz we tasted in part 1 of this episode.
It was much more difficult to detect the aromas of this wine, plum was present and John M also detected some tobacco and some spice.
On the palate, however, this wine had a full-on taste on the palate.
It had an intense fruit taste but was also very soft and smooth to the palate.
