Tasting Steampunk’s Pirate Gin – Rascal Strength (Episode 86 Part 3)

In the last part of this episode, we taste Steampunk’s strongest offering their Pirate Gin.

This gin is made to the same recipe of the steampunk gin but is 45% in strength.

Having received feedback as to how smooth their Steampunk Gin was they felt a stronger version could be offered for drinking on it’s own as one would with a malt for example.

On tasting, I could not have agreed more!

Tasting Steampunk’s Flavoured Gins (Episode 86 Part 2)

In part 2 of this episode, we taste some flavoured gins produced by Steampunk Gin. The first flavoured gin we taste is Steampunks Florence Gin which tastes predominately of parma violet.

We then go on to taste Steampunk’s Prudence brand which is a rose flavoured gin.

Both gins managed to achieve a sweet taste without being cloy in any way and in fact still managing to refresh the palate.
