We quickly introduce this episode where we have the honour of tasting some craft beer with the guidance of the brewmaster himself – Mr Ian Roberts.
Ian has been kind enough to invite us to visit his brewery and taste his range of bottled beers available, at the moment anyway, only in the north of England.
We give a little background to the brewery before interviewing Ian further in Part 1 on how the brewery came about.
